Hulondalo Lipu'u

Hulondhalo lipu’u pilo tu tuwa olau
Lipu’u ilo ponu’u, di la tao lipatau
Lipu’u Hulondhalo teto wa’u bilandhalo
Wa’u ma lo malolo mooto la hu londhalo

Tilongka bilahu’i diyo bune dutu lali yo
Llimutu bula lali yo amani ta wuliyo
Hulondhalo ma tola’u lipu’u o toli angu u
Dilata o li pa ta u de tunggu lo ma te wa u

 Copied from my facebook wall:

On this particular day, Idul Fitri, out of the blue, I wanna listen to this song: a song my beloved Mom used to sing when I was a kid.

Mom was still 18 years old when out of nowhere Dad suddenly came to propose her. They got married before knowing each other well. 5 days later, Dad brought her to Semarang, an unknown city for her. Lucky her, Dad was a good and responsible man.

I knew back then Mom missed her hometown when singing this song but she was a very tough woman.
Al fatihah for my both parents, and my two elder brothers.

Much love from me. ❤️❤️❤️
